At Deebaj By Noha, each piece is carefully handcrafted. We aim to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be:
    • Unused
    • In original condition
    • With all original packaging
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only accepted in case of:
    • Defective items
    • Wrong item received
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery
  • Items without original packaging

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
    Customers cover exchange shipping unless the issue is from our side.
